Everpay
Everpay is one of the latest projects I've worked on at Everlance. The new feature brings the next generation of mileage reimbursements for employees. As a lead designer of this project, I collaborated with the Head of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager, and the two Co-founders of Everlance. My team spent two months from ideation to the final product. Not only a huge achievement for the company but also to prove that I'm capable of taking on a new challenge and creating an impact design for my career.

Goal
- To make people sign up for the waitlist
- To let they reach to the end of the page and fill out the form
Challenge
- How might we keep people interacting and staying longer on the landing page?
Pain Points
- We never had any landing page that specifically promoted new features
- Most people don't reach the end of a webpage and stay on the page for less than 3 seconds
- How to create modern and innovative designs that could impress people better.
Wireframes
Design Process
As the lead designer, I collaborated with my team to work on the wireframe and low-fidelity design of the landing page. We wanted to highlight three features of EverPay. They are Automate Workflows, Instantly Pay, and Employee Cards. It's important to illustrate and explain what these features are about and how they benefit employees/employers.
Then, I decided to animate our product to bring more exciting movement because I believe people get better impressions by learning faster with visualizations. We wanted to design a hierarchy flow from the header to the end of the landing page by creating endless animations to keep people interacting with the page.

Animations
I partnered with the Head of Marketing to brainstorm and ideate for the animations. This is one of my favorite parts of the project because we spent a lot of time researching and making iterations with the animations.
Automate Workflows
This smart feature will save time for employers. They have to get approved reports manually every month. Everything is automatic, and this innovative solution will provide a better experience for companies.
Instantly Pay
One of the best benefits of EverPay is employees receive their pay quickly in a second and how to keep track of paid days from their employer with EverPay.
Employee Cards
We wanted to incorporate how EverPay works as employee cards and how it integrates into the phone. I designed the animation of the bank card and transformed it from a physical card to a digital wallet.
Social Media
I collaborated with the Marketing Manager to work together on the launch. The goal is to grab attention and bring exciting new customers and other users to these platforms. And we decided to give a sneak peek by sharing a GIF on our social media before people land on the landing page.
Result
I'm proud of myself and my team because of all of the work that we've done for this project. It was very challenging at first, but we had to deliver a beautiful and friendly design for the landing page. This project allowed me to take on a new challenge and overcome imposter syndrome to lead a big project. It also allowed me to grow as a designer as I was able to think about what processes in research and documentation needed to be established and how the design team should communicate and collaborate smoothly to deliver projects on time.
